Zeljko Blagic has been my choice of service advisors for approximately 8 years. He has never tried to sell me anything I did not need, just to make a sale. On the other hand, if my vehicle has a condition that requires attention he will explain the problem and arrange to make the repairs. I have some physical restrictions that make some simple tasks almost impossible for me to do. An example is change floor mats from one season to another is difficult for me because of my crippled hands and bad back which make bending almost impossible. Mr. Blagic will cheerfully do the task for me when requested when I bring the car in for service. Having been in a customer service business before retirement I have learned that taking care of the small details first will allow the big one to fall into place automatically. More
