Bad Experience I made it to my appointment with Matt Maurer. When we arrive Matt never came out of the back! He had a sales associate speak with us. AND the car I made it to my appointment with Matt Maurer. When we arrive Matt never came out of the back! He had a sales associate speak with us. AND the car was sold! We drove three hours to see it! Matt also knew we were coming because I called to double check. That’s just horrible. So I will never come back to your facility again! But what happend to car wash? always a great experience. was dropped off this time and car was ready and waiting at the front with cars behind it but hadn't been contacted. when always a great experience. was dropped off this time and car was ready and waiting at the front with cars behind it but hadn't been contacted. when i went up to ask the guy behind the counter he looked and said i would have to wait for (cody i think) the man who checked me in. if it was done and cody was on lunch break why couldn't he just check me out... it took cody 3 sec. after they called him to the desk. also the first 3 visits you offered to wash the car but the last one and this one no one offered... the last one was freezing out so figured it was too cold but it was nice this time and no car wash offered... bring that back... it was nice More
