Unfortunately this time my service rep did not break it down for me and simply had me sign electronically (pretty straight forward oil change). My assumption was the additional tire rotation was apart of the standard service as the rep asked if I wanted it done. Shame on me for not asking if it was extra, I thought it was originally part of the four-point multi point inspection. It wasnt much of an additional cost, but if I would’ve known in advance I wouldn’t have scheduled the additional service. I also asked for the car to be washed as it typically adds on another 30 minutes. Unfortunately the car was not washed leaving it with the service team for 4.5 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Yes. I had a scheduled appointment and dropped it off an hour early.
