Regular check up for Toyota Care I have bought 3 cars from Andrew Toyota and recently took my Manual Transmission Corolla in for regular service. When I got out of my car and was walk I have bought 3 cars from Andrew Toyota and recently took my Manual Transmission Corolla in for regular service. When I got out of my car and was walking over to the Service Man, I heard a grinding of the gears in my car. The person assigned to take my car to the service area did not notice that this was a manual transmission and was attempting to drive it like an automatic. I am totally appalled that the Service department would not train the people they hire to drive cars to make sure that they know HOW to drive them. More

The appointments are easy to schedule, you don’t have to spend a lot of time on the phone being endlessly transferred. You are updated on the progress while your car is being serviced (Willie informed me every step of the way). The shuttle service is very convenient and efficient. Overall, great experience! I just wish the prices were lower, so I could come for all my car’s needs. More

My car began to warn me to stop immediately and go to a service center... without giving me much specifics. Unfortunately I was out of state and couldn't bring in the car right away. When I brought the car in, the warning had ceased. Steve told me that they would check the car, but that most likely nothing would come up because the warning had ceased. About an hour of waiting later, he was right. Nothing came up in the diagnostics. So I'm left puzzled. I love my Toyota, but when your $500 phone can tell me when my battery is low or when it's too cold for the phone to turn on, I would expect a $40,000 car should be able to tell me why it's sending me warnings... Two nights of worries, an hour of waiting in the service center and I"m still clueless as to what really happened. but my complaining aside, the service center isn't at fault for Toyota making their cars like that... Though the hour wait seems to be somewhat excessive for a simple check when an oil change takes just about as long. More

He will not disappoint! it also should be noted that i live in Oak Creek, and while i could have gone to a dealership closer to home. i traveled 40 minutes up to north milwaukee to buy my car from Andrew A. at Andrew Toyota. Awful Day Ends on a Good Note We found out that our 2007 Corolla needed more work than the car was worth. We called Marc telling him that we were interested in trying the 2016 Coro We found out that our 2007 Corolla needed more work than the car was worth. We called Marc telling him that we were interested in trying the 2016 Corollas on the lot, and that we would be trading in the 2007 for a new car. We were able to turn around and test drive 2016 Corollas within moments of being on the lot. Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He remembered the family from working with us in the past. We were able to turn a fairly tragic day into a positive experience. The prices were excellent, we were given multiple options, but most importantly it felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. Would certainly recommend Marc to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Toyota. More

In a nutshell: I believe Andrew has looked that total customer service experience though the eyes of the the customer and that should build loyalty. Keep it up.
