I've purchased over 15 cars in my life, some good experiences and some not so good -- and by far, Andrew Toyota was the best! The sales team is friendly and pleasant, not pushy or hovering after you. The deal was easy and fair, without the back-and-forth salesperson-to-manager rigmarole you sometimes find. Our salesperson, Marc Brandofina, was very knowledgeable, a perfect blend of friendly yet professional, immediately pulled the car up to the front so we could see it and we finished the paperwork -- all in about 20 minutes! (It helped that we knew exactly what we wanted.) We gave him paperwork needed for incentives, he submitted the application, and we immediately received an email from Toyota that it was being processed. We picked up the car the very next business day and it took less than a half hour to review/sign the final paperwork and go through the car (setting up Bluetooth, etc.) This is how car-buying should be! I can't rave enough about Andrew Toyota! More

We were able to agree on a price for the car and when we drove 80 miles to the dealership we were only there for about an hour before leaving with the new vehicle. Marc was able to streamline the financial process and he explained the features of the car in a reasonable amount of time being sensitive to our travel time. After having a poor experience at another dealership, it was a pleasant contrast working with Marc and Andrew Toyota.
