laissez faire attitude drove into the (middle of the) service bay, no other cars, got out and waited what seemed to be a few couple of minutes before anyone "bothered" me. Instead of coming over to me, I was called over. not the most welcoming of starts, especially since I think all the service desks were staffed and only 1 or 2 customers present (thus the lack of customer cars waiting). I waited in the area and noticed that my name/car was not on the list of vehicles being "serviced". I made the gentleman at the cashier's desk aware of this and he assured me that he's look into it - my confidence level wasn't high that anything would be done. However the most disappointing part of my visit was when it came time to pay the lady cashier. Very little to almost zero eye contact. = was I simply another person to process! I found it most disrespectful that she answered the phone whilst "processing" me ... this is NOT acceptable. You either take care of me or take care of someone else ... this is not a war zone or an ER = everyone can wait their turn. This may seem inconsequential, however the fact that I bothered to pick up one of your flyers and come to this website demonstrates the depth of my feelings ... if Andrew's is going to be so laissez faire about my custom then I'll return the favour and buy our next vehicle from another my interested dealer ... btw we bought the car I was having serviced from Andrew's (approx Oct 2014).
