From test driving available vehicles to working to get a fair value for my trade-in to coordinating the financing, the entire experience was a pleasure. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have either purchased or leased from Andrew and the dealerships focus on customer service is a big reason why. Even the owner of the dealership came over to check on if all of my needs were being met. I was initially interested in purchasing another Highlander My initial contact with Andrew Toyota was with Jessica Klappa via email many months ago. I was initially interested in purchasing another Highlander to replace the one I've had for 13 years. Jessica presented many options and we had many discussions over price, all very respectful and professional. Although I didn't end up purchasing a Highlander, I was very impressed with how Jessica did her job and left me with a very positive impression of Andrew Toyota. Months later I decided that the Acadia was the right vehicle for me and drove many models at many dealerships. I was wholly unimpressed with ALL of the dealerships that I visited, test driving cars with broken taillights and NO arm rests (which they would fix, but only if I financed with them). When the SLT-2 came up at Andrew, I felt confident that I would have a much better experience. Jessica as fantastic again as my first point of contact, making it easy to set up a test drive. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Olivia was ready and waiting to show me the truck. She was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, which was impressive for a Toyota dealership. She was courteous, respectful, and not pushy in the slightest. We couldn't agree on a price upon first visit, but we left on great terms and decided that we would continue the conversation. Olivia had great followup, and we were able to compromise on a GREAT price for a fantastic truck. I have already recommended Olivia to friends and colleagues when they need a new car, and I will definitely be working with her and Andrew going forward. She went ABOVE and BEYOND any reasonable expectations and made my wife and I feel like family. Andrew Toyota, you have a STAR in Olivia Evans. And I would never have gotten to meet her were it not for Jessica, another gem. Allen in Service was great for the couple of things that needed servicing, and Mike was very courteous when we were trying to agree on price.
