Amazing I was denied by my credit union and really had doubts that I would walk out with a SUV. Prentiss assured me that I would get one. Excellent service Andrew Toyota has been my go to service place since I bought my 2014 Prius. They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient with my questions, and getting a Andrew Toyota has been my go to service place since I bought my 2014 Prius. They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient with my questions, and getting an appointment for service is easy. The waiting area is user friendly and the shuttle service is the best. On top of the great service my car is washed and there is a cookie in my car when service is finished. I wouldn't go anywhere else! More

Won't Go Anywhere Else I've been with Andrew Toyota for eight years (on my second car) and am just thrilled with the service they provide. Buying a car is always a hassle, b I've been with Andrew Toyota for eight years (on my second car) and am just thrilled with the service they provide. Buying a car is always a hassle, but the sales people at Andrew Toyota make the transaction less painful and more transparent. It's the job of sales people to be friendly and helpful, but Andrew Toyota goes above and beyond. I felt they really cared about my needs and worked with me to get what I wanted. That being said, what really puts Andrew Toyota in the EXCELLENT category is their service. I wouldn't go anywhere else! My car is serviced in a timely and professional manner and I am treated like a valued and respected customer. All service is explained in language I can understand. They tell me what's being done, what needs to be done, and what I may want to consider for future service. They never try to gouge me and I feel I can trust them completely. As a single woman with little to no knowledge of auto mechanics, this feeling of trust is important. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota! More

John Ferringno John was great, he was ready and waiting for me when I got there, I had called said I was at the doctor, but on my way. He had the paperwork in hand John was great, he was ready and waiting for me when I got there, I had called said I was at the doctor, but on my way. He had the paperwork in hand as I pulled in, and in minutes I was in the waiting area and my car was off to get new tires. He came out with the inspection, went over everything with me. And within a hour I had new tires and a washed car! Told him I would be back for the next thing on my list soon. More
