When I couldn't find the Venza that I was looking for outside, she took me inside and there was my baby, sitting on the showroom floor waiting for me to enter. Right color & fully loaded! I had been checking out this Venza Crossover/SUV for over a year and she made it happen that day. I drove out of there w/ "0" financing and have loved it ever since. She is very friendly and she was going to make sure I had what I wanted the way I wanted it. She even came out and helped me set up my car w/ radio stations, my iPhone to the car through bluetooth etc. Thanks Shalonda, and I love seeing a young lady moving on up in sales. So, fast forward a couple of years, we needed another 4runner, and this time I didn't mess around with an online search. I contacted Mark Doedens, told him what we were looking for, gave him a price range, and within a day or so, Mark Doedens delivered!!! Mark is a good guy and deserves to have your business. I reached out to Jimmy and told him what I was looking for: something economic, spacious, and fun to drive. We brainstormed a bit and he brought me a few options to test drive, a corolla, a corolla iM, and a yaris. I test drove the Corolla and it was alright, but then I drove the iM and knew it was the one for me. Jimmy made the whole transaction extremely easy and 4 days later, I had my car. We traveled from Burlington,WI to check out the new Rav4.There are many Toyota dealers between Burlington,WI and 16th Silverspring Dr.Milwaukee, but none that give the service and care we received from GM K.C. Han, New Car Manager John Moore and Salesman Mark Doedens III. When we purchased our 2017 Rav4, our cars are in a trust, MG Han made it his personal job to contact Toyota to make sure the paperwork was correct. New Car Manager, John Moore made sure he could get the color we wanted as quickly as possible so we could have our car for the holidays. It was Mark Doedens' III job to contact us and follow through to deliver that beautiful galactica aqua metallic Rav4 to us. Mark took substantial time to go over the car to explain all of the features in detail.
