Excellent customer service from friendly sales/customer svc This was my first experience at buying a car through the internet. I looked for quite a while locally but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. (Chevro This was my first experience at buying a car through the internet. I looked for quite a while locally but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. (Chevrolet City Express). My local dealer has one on order but actually has no idea on when it's arrival date will be. We were in need of a vehicle to replace our leased vehicle so couldn't wait for his to arrive. A dealer search didn't find anything remotely local so I decided to look for a low mileage used vehicle. I found one here at Andrew Toyota and was very close to what I was looking for. Although it was 300+ miles away, Amtrack went within 5 miles of the dealership so I decided to take the train to pick it up. It was a pleasant trip. I was picked up at the train depot by their customer service reps who were very courteous.(Sorry, I don't recall your names) I was immediately impressed. The van was waiting out front and after a short test drive I was satisfied. Tom completed the paper work and then I went to financial. Papers were signed in a very few minutes, everything was explained clearly and there was "NO UPSELL" for extended warrantys, etc... The extended warranty was explained but not "PUSHED" as is common with some other dealers I've done business with. Overall, it was a truly great experience and would not hesitate to do it again. As a side note: I drove from Milwaukee to Jackson, MI on only 11.2 gallons of gas. AWESOME....approx 29 mpg More
