He walked us through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions with ease. We tested a few cars and found one that we liked, but our credit wasn't so great and we couldn't get it but Prentiss didn't give up. He always had a "plan b" and he went above and beyond to make sure we walked away with a car. He worked diligently to negotiate with other team members and found a car for us. He then sent us over to financing where another helpful employee, Jared, talked even more with us and answered any question we had. We spent the majority of our day at the dealership but never once did we feel unwelcome or like a nuisance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a car. More

Needs met. I brought my old Camry in for repairs and realized it was not repairable. In one day I had to buy a new car. Steve did it. Phenomenal Customer Service and Staff I recently purchased a vehicle from Andrew Toyota-Scion and my experience was phenomenal. Initially, I was hesitant about going into the dealership be I recently purchased a vehicle from Andrew Toyota-Scion and my experience was phenomenal. Initially, I was hesitant about going into the dealership because I had previously gone to a different Toyota dealership and it was an overwhelming and frustrating experience; no one seemed to know what they were doing and I literally had to deal with five different members. Therefore, I cannot express enough how pleased I was with the service I received at Andrew Toyota-Scion. Jimmy V was the sales member whom I had the pleasure of doing business with, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient. He definitely delivered a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience.?
