Purchasing a new car. Marc went out of his way to be accomading to my needs. When I told him I had never actually test driven the car, he insisted I must try it. I had visited another dealer and there was a great deal of game playing about price and availability of the RAV4. Not true at Andrew Toyota and with Marc. He took our paper work and proceeded to draw up the contract. No haggling or changing the price. I got a very fair deal with no stress on my part. I could not believe how fast and easy the sale went. He was friendly and yet very professional. I left my garage opener on my trade in and when I called Marc, he immediately called me back and promised to quickly mail it back. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. I had an appraisal from Carmax, and they honored this appraisal. The whole process was stress free. More

Great Customer Service and Knowledge I came to Andrew Toyota in pursuit of leasing a car and was amazed at the help I received. Cristian helped me with going through the lease and explain I came to Andrew Toyota in pursuit of leasing a car and was amazed at the help I received. Cristian helped me with going through the lease and explaining the rundown of how everything would work with payments and Mark helped with the run-through of the many car features. Mark went above and beyond in explaining all the ins and outs of my car and was very receptive to when I had any questions. His attitude was very personable and and even when I have any question two years later, I know he is the guy to go to. More

Honest online pricing and no old school sales BS I contacted Jessica the online sales rep with what I was looking for and promptly received a quote on exactly what I was looking for for my mother in I contacted Jessica the online sales rep with what I was looking for and promptly received a quote on exactly what I was looking for for my mother in law. She set up an appointment with our sales rep Marc Brandofina who was very helpful and no sales tactics like the usual 10 trips to the managers office . Excellent! God put Jimmy and Andrew Toyota there for me. I am very happy that I came to Andrew Toyota. My previous Toyota Venza was just totaled, so buying a car was urgent and also traumatic. I wanted my Ve I am very happy that I came to Andrew Toyota. My previous Toyota Venza was just totaled, so buying a car was urgent and also traumatic. I wanted my Venza back. Jimmy V was the right person for me. He has excellent people skills and experience with sales. I felt comfortable and knew I was in genuine hands that wasn't just out for a sale but took customer service seriously. I am happy with my new car.
