I was waffling back and forth about which vehicle I wanted. Tom Murray was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicles that could influence my decision. He never pitched a car; just gave me the facts. I first picked a Rav4, then switched to a Highlander, then back to a Rav4. I think my indecision would have driven anyone crazy, but he gave me time and space over the course of a week test driving. The best dealership I have ever dealt with by a long shot. I also was able to meet the owner, Andrew, and he was great and made me feel very welcome and taken care of. I also had leather seats installed and the service staff is ON IT! The entire service area is buzzing with fast and efficient activity. More
