After shopping other like brands at other local dealerships, the Andrew Toyota customer service experience for my What a great car buying experience! After shopping other like brands at other local dealerships, the Andrew Toyota customer service experience for my 75 year old mother was exceptional. We found a great car at a great price but it was the caring, patient attention of our sales person Prentiss that set this experience apart. Even the 'high end' German dealerships could not compare on service (or price, value and technology options). Prentiss took so much time to walk my mother through every feature of the car with the 'go home' nav system and safety warning systems 3 times to make sure she understood it all and could use all controls - and came in the next day ON HIS DAY OFF to do it. That's service! And Jared,the finance manager was jsut as patient and explained everything in great detail without any 'upselling'. I very much appreciated the way they handled the sales experience for my mother who could have easily been 'sold anything'. Thank you very much! More

Trade In I took my car in for service and decided to trade it in. Prentiss was very helpful during the trade in process. The team was getting ready for a company event but took their time with us and didn't make us feel rushed. My only complaint is I traded my car in with a full tank of gas and the car I purchased was on empty. More
