I was delighted (because I am a woman) to be treated respectfully and pleasantly by the sales person, who did not "talk down" to me. I believe I got a good, fair deal at the sale. I have taken my care to Andrew's for all of the recommended service. I have always been treated well. I have told others about Andrew's and have learned that their prices are very competitive. The waiting area inside the dealership is very comfortable. I was very pleased, at my last visit, to be told of a solution to a problem -- My car has very low mileage and it is hard for me to check the tire pressure. The tire pressure was very low. The service rep told me about replacing air in the tires with nitrogen, which would not be affected by the winter weather. The price was reasonable and I had that done. It is one less thing for me to worry about! The free car wash and the chocolate chip cookies provide a delightful "Have a nice day" message when the service is completed. I highly recommend Andrew's.
