Exceptional Service! I made a conscious decision to explore Andrew after being very dissatisfied with Russ Darrow sales and customer service. Because of that, I entered the showroom of Andrew and immediately was greeted and welcomed. From there, I was introduced to Tom Murray. My wife and I felt very comfortable and Mr. Murray indicated that he was not employed to force a sale or push us into a deal that we felt pressured to do. We certainly and immediately relaxed as he found the right Camry that was comfortable driving as well as the terms. We made the decision based on our financial reality and closed the deal. Murray was accommodating rather than pressuring and the Andrew franchise has won over a new customer! Hope all receive the same dignity. Way to go! More
