We had basically looked at other dealerships thru use of the computer and Andrew just seemed more "customer friendly" thru their website. We knew we wanted to purchase another Camry and had originally thought we'd purchase the SE (model comes in blue), but because we did not care for the more sporty ride of SE drove the LE and decided to stick with the LE and were fortunate to locate one in red. When I did explore the Toyota websites I did not believe that the LE was available in red. Looking forward to a fun car. More

The receptionist set up an appointment for me to see the cars as I was going to be pressed for time. I the almost 40 minute trip and was greeted by Thomas. Thomas was fantastic to work with. He never tried to hard sell me anything. He walked through the entire process with me and answered all my questions. Prentiss was there when I needed help I leased a new Highlander from Andrew three weeks ago. On a cold, dark rainy evening I was having trouble closing the hatch. I called Roadside assist I leased a new Highlander from Andrew three weeks ago. On a cold, dark rainy evening I was having trouble closing the hatch. I called Roadside assistance but all they could do was offer to dispatch a driver so I called the dealership. When I wasnt able to reach my sales executive,I punched in the direct lines of the sales team at random and, much to my relief, Prentiss picked up his phone. He explained the offices were closed but he was working late assisting another customer. He then helped me reprogram my hatch and I was on my way. Its great to have a good sales exec but its even better to know they work as a team! Thank you Prentiss! JHB More
