Prentiss and Laurie - the A-TEAM I went to the front counter at Andrew Toyota and the manager said "Prentiss Farsee will take care of you" - and 'take care of me' he did! If you've experienced financial hardship in recent years as I have, you already know that financing a vehicle (or just about anything else) is a daunting task. I tried several dealers earlier this year (not Andrew), and was flatly rejected each time due to credit issues. I reluctantly continued to drive my 12 year old car until it died in July and so I went to visit Andrew. I worked with Prentiss Farsee and Finance Manager Laurie Differt, and despite my credit history that read like a horror novel, they were able to secure lease financing through Toyota. I am now driving a beautiful 2015 Camry on a 2 year lease with 100% warranty protection, along with free oil changes and roadside assistance throughout the lease term. I know the positive outcome would not have happened as it did without the extra effort of these 2 fine people. I am grateful to both of them. Tom encouraged us to test drive as many cars as we wanted, and they had quite a nice selection of used SUVs. Tom was patient and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He kept telling us he wanted us to be happy with our decision. We did purchase a 2012 Rav4 and could not be happier. Impressed that the car we purchased was originally bought from Andrew, with all serving done there. Jared in financing was just as nice and knowledgeable. He made the financing experience pleasant as well. Tom even stayed late to set up the blue tooth for us. We bought a car from Andrew a few years ago as did out daughter. After all of the paperwork was signed, Tom still hung out and showed me all of the cool new features on my car. (Seriously, it's such an upgrade from my last car I need all the help I can get.) This is the second time I've been to Andrew for my car buying experience, and it keeps getting better. I mean, the last time I was there they were able to help me out even though my credit wasn't the best. But since then my credit has improved immensely so they were able to show me more options. Oh! I also got a bonus remote start for my car which is BALLER because Wisconsin sucks in the winter time. Thanks! More
