After picking up my Camry Mark called me several times to see how I was doing and if I had driven the car. I finally drove the care in late March. After driving the car for about a month Mark called again to see how I liked the car. I stated I felt my vision was impaired and that I was disappointed. Well, Mark made an appointment for and after listening to me to make sure he understood my concerns he begin to show mw several other cars. I was not satisfied and was just going to leave when Mark said “let me try one more thing”. He adjusted my steering wheel and seat and I was much better. I felt so bad for taking up so much of his time but Mark was always patient, professional and even sometime funny. Thank you Mark for a great experience. More

Our sales person, Brendon Kaiser truly went out of his way to make our purchase as easy and stress-free as possible. The managers Jared Johnson and Christian Coroian were also very helpful and friendly. Because we are not from Milwaukee, they did everything possible to make sure that nothing was a miss and we wouldn't have to come back unnecessarily. We are from Chicago and we visited previously couple of Chicago area Toyota dealerships and the quality of customer service was absolutely incomparable to what we received at Andrew Toyota. I had no intention of making a purchase yesterday, but because my salesman, Mark Doedens II, was so great at his job, I drove off the lot 3 hours later with a 2015 Camray.
