Our sales person, Mark Doedens sold us on his knowledge of the vehicle, and his patience in making sure we understood all the features was appreciated. He even called me a year later and remembered my birthday! The service department is fabulous. I can't think of one criticism. Highly recommended. Also, with all of our Toyotas, we have NEVER once needed to bring our vehicle in for anything other than routine service. I love my Highlander! More

Didn't trade in my 1998 Camry because it stills run very well, at almost 200,000 miles, thanks to the service department at Andrew. The shuttle service makes servicing my vehicles a breeze. More

Greatly satisfied. I had full size cadillacs for 26 years(5). I got tired of worrying about when the Northstar engine would have a gasket leaking oil the would cost 300 I had full size cadillacs for 26 years(5). I got tired of worrying about when the Northstar engine would have a gasket leaking oil the would cost 3000-4000 to fix. My new 2014 Avalon has 99% of the options my old cars had and a few different ones and it drives much better. Acceleration is great= equal to the 4.2 Northstar and the gas mileage is 40-50% better. I can do 31 mpg on the highway in the normal mode. Plenty of leg room and the pass through opening is much better than the Honda that I looked at. In the Honda, you have to put the whole rear seat down to use the pass through. I don't need a two seat car, then. Adam Herbst took great care of me, too. And I got a great deal on the extended warranty. Much better deal than the comparable Lexus ES350. More
