He responded helpfully and quickly enough provided a test ride which gave opportunity for me to stop at my home and pick up my wife so she could be a part of the occasion. Having determined that we had the car we wanted, we completed all the necessary paperwork in less than three hours and drove home with the new vehicle and a new lease. I commend (most of all) Adam Herbst and also Laurie Differt and all the service and sales people at Andrew Toyota. They work helpfully and effectively to serve customer needs. More

The car I wanted to look at when I got there had just been sold but Wes checked their inventory and got another one for me, with a color I liked even better. Took it out for a spin and the smooth ride put my mind at ease about getting it and was ready to buy. But I was worried about the price. They were very accommodating which gave me relief because I couldn't spend to much. Before I knew it the paperwork were done and they were handing me the keys to my brand new ride!! We were in the market for a pruis v and looking around at different dealerships.I went to several dealers , as I do when I am looking for a new car. Adam was very helpfull salesman and the person that drove my trade in, was very knowledgeable and drove my car very nice , the other dealerships , thought my scion was a camero or sports car , so it was nice to see someone that respected your trade in. Gently Cook was very nice. Peter was also very nice ,gave me some tips on the hybrids and gave me a super deal. I was a little disappointed with the clean up of the car on delivery ,but they were very busy on Saturday and the deal was on Friday evening, so I can understand. I got a great deal and would recommend this dealership More

His approach was low key, which I really appreciated. While Adam is very new to this job, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and if he did not know the answer, he would quickly obtain it from the manager. Adam did a nice job of guiding me through the closing process which was done quickly and without any problems. Since Adam was new to the closing process, Ben Clayton worked with us through the process. I was very impressed with the cooperation shown between members of the sales staff in making sure the customer was taken care of. More

(it was important to me to see how it handled at expressway speeds). anyway, we returned back at the dealership....i thought about it overnight, returned to the dealership and struck up a deal. i have no complaints, both adam and peter did a fine job...(and they tolerated me too!). this is the second vehicle ive purchased from andrew toyota and im sure ill be back for more. thank you.
