He went out of his way to please me as a customer, both at the dealership and over the phone long distance. He always followed up with me and encouraged me to ask questions. Unfortunately, the experience with his manager was not the same. He yanked my brand new license plate off my trade in. It bent and damaged the hole where the screw goes in. The manager proceeded to act like this was not a problem and he could fix it. At this time, Wes was very supportive and helped me get a brand new license ordered for my new used car.
