Allen Good handled my appointment beautifully. He called back from my messages. After a bad experience at a Toyota dealership in my state, I drove to Andrew Toyota in Wisconsin to purchase my Camry last month. He is a subject matter expert of the highest degree who was able to fully answer all my questions regarding the car. Finance Manager, Lori Differt, was equally efficient and professional. She obtained an excellent rate on my car loan so that I did not have to spend hours negotiating terms. Laurie's colleague, Jared, made suggestions during delivery (as he should have), but did not push me into additional purchases. Buying a vehicle is generally a long, unpleasant process, so I am very grateful to the aforementioned Andrew Toyota staff for a seamless purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. One small suggestion: stop putting "Andrew" stickers on cars!! The license plate holders should be sufficient advertising. More

Great Experience! Have purchased many cars through various dealerships and this was the best by far. My wife and I arrived in very beat up old car, but No Judgement was passed. Mark greeted us immediately and genuinely without being the typical over-bearing sales person. When inside, Mark offered us beverages and made sure we were comfortable. We went for test drive and everything ran and looked great . It was Good Friday, nearing closing time but Mark was there for us. When most places are closing up early he stayed past closing time to help us out. After my wife and I slept on it we arrived the next morning to finalize the decision. Having to be at work early that morning he helped us to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly. Shortly after, we drove off in our new car, freshly cleaned, and with a better rate than expected. Im not one to waste time writing reviews but credit was definetly due. Well I was a 1st person witness to the entire contact between my housemate Paris and Ms. Shalonda McCrory, of Andrew Toyota in Milwaukee. I actually helped Paris list his vehicle (a 2011 Honda Pilot) on between my housemate Paris and Ms. Shalonda McCrory, of Andrew Toyota in Milwaukee. I actually helped Paris list his vehicle (a 2011 Honda Pilot) on Craigslist. He was apprehensive of listing his vehicle on Craig's list. With the listing of $26,000 there was always the chance of scammers and people that would just waste his time contacting him. Lo and behold within 24hrs of listing his vehicle he received a call from a Ms. McCrory. She informed Paris of her intrest in purchasing his vehicle on behalf of Andrew Toyota. Paris immediately informed me of his contact call with Ms. McCrory and consulted me about this contact (He was still a little apprehensive of being scammed). I told him that she was from a dealership and should be a reputable purchaser. That same day we drove to Andrew Toyota, and were pleasantly greeted my Ms. Shalonda McCrory. She alleviated his worries and was very professional in all her dealing with Mr. Paris. Paris then informed Ms. McCrory of his inability to locate the title at the moment. Ms. McCrory insured him that a replacement could be gotten from the DMV within minutes and even added the charge for the new title on top of the purchase price for the vehicle (Very customer-friendly in my perspective). After finishing with the purchase of the vehicle Ms. Shalonda McCrory even drove Paris and me home. On the drive home, over friendly banter, Paris and I were informed by Ms. McCrory that this was actually her day off and that she had come to the office just to service Paris!!! (WOW talk about "personal" customer service!!!) Paris has told me that this was a good deal for him. (He got from up under a taxing car payment and was even able to recoup some of the investment that he had put into the vehicle). I am sure that Paris would have completed this review himself but unfortunately his English isn't prolific (his first language is Greek) and he isn't that computer savvy. Despite being extremely foul snowy weather, Steve had the car ready to go, defrosted, cleaned, and with the most positive attitude you could imagine. I have visited many auto dealers and Andrew Toyota was worth the extra time I spent driving there. Michael Oppermann and Vince Miserendino were extremely kind and helpful. What I was most impressed with was their willingness to work with me and their desire to keep me as a customer. Other car dealers were quick to write me off and not work with offers I made, perhaps because they felt I would not return due to the distance I live. I feel like I got a very good deal on the vehicle I purchased and am very satisfied. Other car dealers did not return my calls and barely seemed to budge on offers I made. My experience in dealing with Andrew Toyota was one of the best I have ever had. I feel they had me as a customer in mind rather than how much money they could make off of me. I also got the sense that it did not matter how near I lived that they still invested the time in my business with them as they would have a neighbor. I was suppose to pick up my car on Saturday but due to transport issues I called at last minute the day before and they got me in and the paperwork done with very little notice. My car was detailed well and the staff at Andrew Toyota was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Mike and Vince! I will continue to look to Andrew Toyota when shopping for a new or used vehicle in the future and I would recommend it to anyone. More
