I never felt the least bit pressured despite the fact that a manufacturer incentive that was about to expire played a role in the negotiations. Mark knew his cars, the competition and the limits of their ability to negotiate. The entire organization was nothing if not clear and consistent, and I have no doubt that I got a fair deal. The follow up was great and they went out of their way to deliver the most favorable financing terms possible. It had been a very long time since I purchased a vehicle and I can say without hesitation that it was a great experience and I am very happy with my decision.
