Usually the "buying a car" experience is similar to a visit to the dentist. I went to Andrew Toyota with the intention of getting my 2000 Sienna fixed, not buying a new car. I ended up buying a 2007 High visit to the dentist. I went to Andrew Toyota with the intention of getting my 2000 Sienna fixed, not buying a new car. I ended up buying a 2007 Highlander Hybrid. I have the utmost confidence in this car since it was bought and serviced at Andrew. Matt Hackett was a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure and respected the fact that this is a substantial purchase and the conditions needed to be right. I chose the hybrid model over conventional due to the 32 mpg in the city. I recommend buying on Saturday as they have lunch catered for employees. After I agreed to the purchase, I was treated to a plate of "Speed Queen" BBQ. I'll remember the experience and good service more so than the price. I'll need another car within the next 2 years and look forward to buying at Andrew. Thank you. More

Not only did I purchase a vehicle I went from a Truck to a Car. I did not have time to keep coming back & forth to the dealership with my grandchild in the hospital (open heart surgery). I was not under any pressure to come in. Time was not on my side. How was I going to work a deal & I had so many obligations including working & going to the hospital.I came in when my time allowed and Charles was very understanding & more than willing to get me into my new 2010 Camary. I found a used Prius with great miles and price that I was interested in on their website, so we went to Andrew to check it out and we were lucky to have Matt come out and see if he could help us and intr was interested in on their website, so we went to Andrew to check it out and we were lucky to have Matt come out and see if he could help us and introduced himself to both my fiancee and me (if you're a woman, sometimes salesmen will totally ignore you and only talk to the guy with you, I've had it happen!). He is so down-to-earth and friendly and genuine! If you're looking for a salesman with those qualities, go see him!! I was really impressed when he said, "We really want to make sure if the car is a good fit for you." And he meant it. To help me get a better feel for it, I was able to take the car overnight and drive it around. We went back the next day and he greeted us warmly and helped us get the rest of the paperwork filled out and we were able to finance the car at a great rate as well! Matt even shined up my license plates before putting them on my "new" car! This was my very first time going to Andrew Toyota and I would recommend the dealership, and especially Matt, in an instant!! More

I went into to test drive a automatic and standard transmission 2010 Toyota Yaris, and was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the service I received at Andrew Toyota. James was especially easy to deal with, and his calm, confidence, and non-intrusive approach was, in the end, one of the main selling points for me. He knows he's good, he is confident in the product he is selling, and didn't try to convince me I wanted anything more than what I asked for. This is an experience I didn't have at any other dealer.
