Disappointing service experience. I am lacking trust and hope they will reach out to resolve. Told brake repair was recommended yet when the multipoint inspection sheet was provided, repair need seemed dubi hope they will reach out to resolve. That’s good until you see a service guy without gloves on entering your car to move it again and contaminating all those cleaned surfaces. Also not all employees wore masks. More
