Generally the service is excellent and service department top-notch. However, I had to go back last night at around 6-6:15 to get air in my tires because whoever at Andrew put the two new ones on and rotated top-notch. However, I had to go back last night at around 6-6:15 to get air in my tires because whoever at Andrew put the two new ones on and rotated the other two didn’t properly do that - pressure really low in two and unbalanced in new ones.. After I drove in the bay (was the only car there), I sat for more than 5-10 minutes while four service people ignored me. I know they were aware I was there as three of them walked past my car at different times, and I was parked right in front of another’s station.. Additionally, the service manager also did not appear to be aware that the only car in the bay was just sitting there and not being attended to. Cody was busy with a customer, but as soon as he was free, he took care of the issue while three of the others on duty sat at their stations on their cell phones. Kudos to Cody for his attention and always good service to a long-time customer! More
