We just brought our Toyota to Andrew from another dealership where we were not impressed with the service department. We were quickly impressed with Andrew when we noticed our car up on the board imm dealership where we were not impressed with the service department. While waiting for the car to be finished, we received a video detailing what service had been done, what they were recommending for the future & why. And the car was done when promised.
