Aye, Jon was the best sales person there, I had to trade in my car for another one and I wanted to buy my first car. I instantly connected with Jon and loved all the help and information he gave me! Felt li in my car for another one and I wanted to buy my first car. I instantly connected with Jon and loved all the help and information he gave me! Felt like as if I had known him for a while. All the staff there were awesome and friendly. I thought the whole process was going to be a pain, but it was a breeze! My first car I brought was an '10 Kia Soul and I love it. That's my new baby. I would highly recommend this place because the staff act like a family, if they do that, then you know you are in good hands! I'd go back any day just to say hi to them. Great job! More

If you are not interested in this lack of customer service you should perhaps look elsewhere. Promised returned calls that are not returned on several occasions. Only to have to call again to get the annoyed attitudes and "I can't help you with that..." Very FRUSTRATING. Sales staff very friendly, but those that process all the final steps lack concern and professionalism. Will not be returning to this dealership in the future and hope to resolve outstanding issue upon what will obviously be.... their "earliest convenience." More

Not once did I feel taken advantage of. Jon met me in the parking, where I explained the situation of having negative equity in my current gas guzzling car. I told him how the last dealership I visited only solution was for me to buy their car while paying for my current car. But Jon said well lets go inside and see how I can help you.During our conversation he said the word "transparency" which is one of best words you can hear when making a large purchase. He went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and my payment.
