I originally went in to kia to lower my payment on my existing loan and possibly a new Soul. After being shown a few different models, fell in love with the Kia sportage. Pete and Mike worked with me for three hours to find a way to keep my payment within my budget and not let me leave until I was a happy customer, leaving with a great deal and beautiful car. I just recently traded my Kia Forte for a new 2013 Kia Optima. Didn't really want to give my little Forte up. but, I got a really good deal on the Optima. It has more room inside. also; runs great! The arrogant, pushy attitude, not listening at all to what I said , but hearing the constant phrase "How do you want to finance this ?" At the previous dealership, everything I said to the salesman ,about the fact that I was just seeking information before I decided what, exactly , I wanted to buy was totally ignored. This followed up with having to have the manager come speak to me. Which was further proof that what I said to the salesman didn't matter. I immediately went back to Carmax . There I drove 4 cars I was interested in. I liked the Kia the best and some friends told me about this Kia dealership. I expected pretty much the same behavior here. What I got was the best person I have ever dealt with when buying a car. Pete listened to me and understood what I was saying . He went over everything about the car, answering questions that I would not have thought to ask ,explained how everything worked. Pete is the reason I decided to buy my car there. If that particular car had been sold before I could get it, I would have waited until he found one I wanted . To be honest , I will tell others that this was the best experience buying a car I've ever had . It was totally unexpected. I appreciate his help and attitude more than I can say. He is someone I will feel good about referring friends ,family and anyone else who needs a car to. More

Pete was our sales person and he and the old finance manager really made a lot happen for my husband and I. They went to extreme lengths to accomodate us in every way possible. We previously went to a different Kia dealership in Charlotte on South Blvd and it was excruciating and we did not wind up purchasing. The sales person was annoying and kept cutting me off. By the time I arrived at Crossroads I was a little weary of sales people but they really changed my mind. As long as Crossroads is in business and I will be a loyal customer to them. They have more than just a Kia dealership, they have several different brands throughout the state and if it is not a Kia we are in the market for next time, we will travel!! I have already referred a friend who purchased a car from them as well. More

Kevin O'Connor was the one person who made this experience very relaxing and successful.
