Bought a preowned Kia Sorrento from this dealership in June. Sales staff was exceptional and made us feel like we were family. The trouble started with the service department. After needing a minor repair June. Sales staff was exceptional and made us feel like we were family. The trouble started with the service department. After needing a minor repair to a shield for the gas tank under the car service manager Kevin tried to pull a fast one with our insurance company And recommended repairs that other large larger Kia dealerships said was not necessary. A frivolous claim was made to our insurance and they never performed the work demanding that they had to replace a gas tank that two other experts at Kia said did not need to be replaced. Spoke with general manager, Andrew And he stuck by Kevin and what he said without doing any research of his own to the problem or listening to our concerns and our insurance adjusters concerns. Overall stay away from this dealership they’re out to sell you a car and then if you have a problem and need service, they will take all of your money And recommend that you pay them for repairs that are not needed to your vehicle. Avoid at all costs. More
Came here to purchase a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Then shortly after less than a month in, the vehicle was already showing a check engine code and after notifying the used sales manager they said sin Then shortly after less than a month in, the vehicle was already showing a check engine code and after notifying the used sales manager they said since it’s an as is there is nothing they can really do. Fast forward a few months and the vehicle is now inoperable. Less than a month of ownership I shouldn’t be having to replace things they claimed to replace. Shouldn’t even need to go to a mechanic if they fixed what they claimed to fix. I’m a single income family of 5 and bought this expecting to have a great vehicle for my family only to find out it’s a big paper weight. My mechanic said some of the issues they believe existed prior to sell. I was also told that many things were fixed and or/ replaced before the sale but I’ve got multiple codes popping up that says otherwise. I feel like I keep getting the run around when trying to deal with this. Kia can we please solve something. More

The part that I had told them that I needed was a piece of trim that had fallen off. We called the day of to make sure that it was in stock. They assured us if that it was. It was NOT. I have since called and asked if they could call me back to see when the part has come in and nobody has gotten back to me yet.so they haven’t fixed the part that I needed to fix yet which is the EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.
