Probably good for routine oil changes but when it comes to the “heavier” stuff I wouldn’t choose them to do anything. My 2023 Sportage just died one day, bad engine. Took 2 weeks for them just to look at i to the “heavier” stuff I wouldn’t choose them to do anything. My 2023 Sportage just died one day, bad engine. Took 2 weeks for them just to look at it, it sat and sat and sat in their parking lot. I had to remotely lock several times and when I finally picked it up, it stunk like stale cigarettes. We are not smokers. This happened January 2024, guess it was too cold to smoke outside. Then at a routine inspection they try to tell us we need an under plate, $710 plus installation fees. My first inclination is they never replaced it after replacing my engine. So someone calls my husband, who has never signed a thing at Kia or had maintenance under his name, tells us a manager will call. Well, that person called and provided a name that no one seemed to know, and never called us back after stating he would. No trust there and somehow whenever there’s an issue the service manager is never around! More
