I brought my 2006 BMW to Union Park to repair an oil leak. Union Park BMW service checked the problem and recommended the repair that was done in September. When my oil light came on again in six months, I had it checked and was stunned to be told that the problem I thought Union Park had fixed in September was still a problem today. I returned to the Union Park BMW service department and spoke to Anthony Dorazio. His response was "oil leaks happen". I did not agree, especially after so recently paying Union Park BMW to fix the problem. I reached out to the Service Manager Christine O' Connor with questions about the thoroughness of the diagnosis and September repair. I also asked about using a dye to find out why the car continued to leak oil and Ms. O'Connor said very clearly that "there is no need to because we can see the sources of an oil leak". Over the next two weeks I returned my car twice to Union Park BMW and had to find my own alternative transportation each time because I was beyond the courtesy shuttle limits and was told there were no loaner cars available. Union Park service ended up using a dye as I recommended and Pete Rotteveel offered service that would cost an additional $1,600. I refused. This type of oil leak is not something that would have just come up in the last six months, nor is it a problem that should have to be repaired every six months. Their work is sloppy and they did not perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis back in September. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality service. I bought my BMW new from Union Park and had been a customer for many years for service on my other BMW cars. I had also recommended other people who purchased new BMW cars on my high recommendation. Union Park BMW did not value me as a customer and I no longer value Union Park BMW. More
I have been a faithful Union Park customer since 1996. I have purchased three new vehicles, almost my fourth but their competitor had a better price. My recent dealing with the repair shop and a conversation with the Honda shop manager yielded an attempt to have unnecessary repairs completed. I had the replacement service for my timing belt. A $700 job, but received calls that the motor mount and a pulley should be replaced. Ok get it done $1065. The last call your steering pump is leaking. No signs in my clean garage of a leak and the only issue was the noise the car made when its cold. I refused the $520 service. I had the car looked at again and discovered a Honda repair bulliten reflecting the $6 issue. A one dollar "O" ring and power steering fluid. I called the shop manager told him of the inorrect diagnoised. Joe mentioned that this was what the tech noticed. No other assistance, appology bring the car in nothing. I would expect more after the amount cash exchanged over 17 years. No more. More

While driving to visit my Uncle in Delaware my brake light went out. Being from Connecticut I did not know of a local BMW dealer. Using my smartphone I found that Union Park BMW was close by. I went right there and explained that I was from out of state and could I get my brake bulb replaced if I waited. The person that helped me was Christine OConner and she was very friendly and helpful. She told me to pull my car up front and she had a tech replace the bulb right away. When I asked how much it would be she told me not to worry about it. She got me on my way in 15 minutes. Great customer service!!! More
