Had a tremendous experience with my M3. Dave was very knowledgable in the technology and engineering of the vehicle. I was given the opportunity to to have a loaner car and also had my car washed, inclu knowledgable in the technology and engineering of the vehicle. In 8/2012 I recently purchased a BMW 325i from Union Park with a extended warranty.It is now 11/2012 my car failed. I only had this vehicle for 3 months now and I had a list of problems that occurred. I was with a extended warranty.It is now 11/2012 my car failed. I only had this vehicle for 3 months now and I had a list of problems that occurred. I was driving from PA back to DE one Saturday evening and my windshield wipes started going without me even touching the handle, my dashboard blacked out which means my hazard lights wasn't working,my turn signals wasn't working and my heat wasn't working.I was scared because I heard a clicking noise while I was driving on the highway and I couldn't see anything and nothing was working at that time.I made it to a safe location in DE parked the car and turned it off I then noticed my back window was down and I never put the window down.At that time the car was off but the headlights was still on and the windshield wipers was still going I tried to turn them off but it was unsuccessful.I immediately called Honda Care (extended warranty contract)company and they called the towing company. I tried to turn the car back on and at that time it wouldn't start the car had completely died.The tow truck driver tried to jump the car but that was unsuccessful.My car was towed to the Union Park location and I was called on Monday morning about my car. I explained everything to the technician and they said that they couldn't run any test on my car because my battery was dead. Its hard to believe that a dealership that specializes in BMW's wouldn't have a battery available for testing. I had to purchase a battery that was almost $400 just to have a diagnostic test performed on my car.After the test was performed the technician told me that my electronic junction module was defective and it caused my battery to die.I talked to the service manager (female) the day I picked up my car and she said that the batteries in BMW only last 4 years.I can't understand this because the car is a 2006 and it was purchased in 2012 which means that this would be 6 years with the same battery at the time of sale and why wasn't this battery replaced when I brought the car.I talked to Matt (salesman) because I didn't think it was fair for me to pay for something that should have been checked and replaced and I am dealing with this problem 3 months after my purchase.It seems like after the 2 months warranty that comes with the car runs out you screwed with problems.I have had nothing but a headache with BMW's and most importantly Union Park and I will never recommend anyone here.I ended up paying $578 that I DIDN'T HAVE but I needed my car.If it wasn't for my extended warranty I would be stuck paying over $1100 for parts, labor, battery and deductible. The only good service I received was from the tow driver he was excellent!! He is NOT affiliated with Union Park. I am a extremely upset customer and this is not how a business should be ran. More
Craig took awesome care of my Pilot when it was brought into the shop numerous times for a rubbing noise. I bought it from the used lot as a certified used vechile back in June. Craig worked his butt off t into the shop numerous times for a rubbing noise. I bought it from the used lot as a certified used vechile back in June. Craig worked his butt off trying to fix it. I was in contact with Gerry about the tires that were on the vechile and he answered all my questions and took it apon himself to get the answers. Thanks to the both Craig and Gerry my Pilot finally does not make the rubbing noise any longer. These guys went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks you both!! More

John O'Connor provided excellent customer service. I explained the problem that I was having with my car - trouble starting it, noises, odometer spinning, and light staying on while driving. John expained that the oil change was unnecessary since it had been done in the recent past. John called me back quickly with the results of the technician review - battery failed. The new battery was installed and I had my car back in a very timely manner. John provided excellent customer service by listening, informing me of unnecessary service to my car(oil change), and having my car fixed and back to me in a timely manner. Thanks, John! More
I have many friends who will no longer go to this dealer for service despite there not being another BMW dealer in the area. They have proven to not be trustworthy or reliable. I have had 3 issues with th for service despite there not being another BMW dealer in the area. They have proven to not be trustworthy or reliable. I have had 3 issues with them. The most recent happened yesterday. I had a leak in the tire and brought it in for them to fix. They told me the tire should not be fixed and since the tread was low that tire and the other rear tire needed to be replaced. The cost would be almost $700 for both tires. I took it to two other tire places. Both agreed the tread on both tires were fine and that only a patch should be done at this time. More
