Everyone I dealt with at United Nissan Reno were all very helpful and nice to deal with Jay and Deon are phenomenal. I had an issue with the lights not turning completely off when I got home and they too helpful and nice to deal with Jay and Deon are phenomenal. I was so happy for their assistance. Bradley in Finance is really nice to work with as well! Very efficient and accommodating to help the customer; he put me on an interest rate Knowing he could get lower but the Union Bank had already closed. He specifically told me that on Monday he would contact them to put my loan under a lower interest rate. Once again Phenomenal Customer Service!!! I say all of this as this is my 24th car in life and I know the routine of salesmen yet they All listened to what I desire for my experience and they All came through! I didn’t even buy a Nissan, I was blessed to have found the car I desired next in life which is a Mercedes all wheel drive and of course they had it! Just in speaking the car of my desire Boom Jay says I have one! Test drove it and of course purchased it!
