That is what I call customer service, I have bought 3 cars from here and and have referred 2 family members who also bought cars, but today not only did you loose a customer but you gain free advertising, because I will tell this story over and over and over again to everyone I know, and by the way I still need my car fixed because it was your fault Nissan I recently visited this location because my wife’s car was making a weird noise, at first they couldn’t figure it out, when my wife came t pick up the car she pointed out the noise that they couldn’t figure out, after having my car all day, my wife needed the car so we agreed on bringing it back later, a few days later the whole bottom of the car, the protective plastic guard under the car fell of on the highway as my wife was driving at around 50 mph almost causing her to have and cause and accident, I called the Kyle the guy we took it in with, he apologize, because I was angry, he told me the manager was going to call me back because he wasn’t available, that was on Monda, today Thursday I still haven’t heard from anyone at Nissan, ignoring the fact that they put me and my family in danger and could have killed us, but why bother with a call. I absolutely loathe the car buying process! One of the reasons for this is slimy dealerships like this one. Yesterday, I saw an ad on Autotrader for a “certified” 2019 Titan with 28k miles for $33,500 (I’ll try to post a screen shot below if this platform will let me). At 9am I called and was told that the vehicle was still available. I immediately drove to Reno from Susanville California, approximately 1 ½ hours each way to check out the vehicle. As that price would have been a great deal it’s very likely I would have bought the vehicle. That is, if it actually existed. In a classic bait and switch maneuver, I was told that the vehicle had “frame damage” and was unsafe. I let one of the crime partners show me a king cab rig because I hadn’t looked at one and got out of there. (I was going to post names but am opting not to but anyone wanted can PM and I’ll be happy to share them). Reno just generally seems to be among the worst places to try to buy. With the exception of CarMax who treated me great on a used car I’ve had nothing but negative experiences there! Do yourself a favor and go to Fallon, Fernley, or the California foothills. Your chances of a fair shake and at least a hint of honesty will be significantly better! More
What a bunch of scanners. I go in for a simple tire repair and they want me to buy a new tire. They claim the nail was too close to edge of the “tread,” not on the sidewall I go in for a simple tire repair and they want me to buy a new tire. They claim the nail was too close to edge of the “tread,” not on the sidewall but on still the tread… Out of high school I used to work in a garage would repair tires for the mechanics. As long as the puncture was not on the sidewall the tire could be repaired. They could of even of put a patch on the inside of the tire. If your car is not under warranty, I wouldn’t trust theses guys with your vehicle. I guess I will have to repair this myself… More
Nick deserves 10 stars instead of 5!I would like to Nick deserves 10 stars instead of 5! I would like to thank Nick Vosdoganis, the General Manager, at United Nissan in Reno! I had some major proble Nick deserves 10 stars instead of 5! I would like to thank Nick Vosdoganis, the General Manager, at United Nissan in Reno! I had some major problems with the replacement of my door actuators. I sat down and wrote out all of the details of what happened in his service department, and then I met with Nick in person. He was so quick to apologize and tell me how he would do everything in his power to make me a satisfied customer. First, he ordered and paid for new parts from Infiniti to replace both actuators. Those parts alone were close to $1000. Next, he ordered and paid for the piece of trim that had been damaged during the repair. Nick gave me a rental car to use for free while we waited for the parts to arrive. Then, he scheduled for the work to be successfully completed. Nick refunded all the money I had paid including all labor charges. It feels good to know Nick will stand behind his business, so his customers can be satisfied and happy. We need more General Managers like Nick in this world! I really appreciate his honesty and integrity! More
