The only reason I am doing this publicly is that over the past couple of week I had sent two (2) emails under the "contact us" part of their home page and, surprise, not response. On October 7, 2021 I took past couple of week I had sent two (2) emails under the "contact us" part of their home page and, surprise, not response. On October 7, 2021 I took my car in for an oil change. When they were done, I was told that I had an oil leak on the right side of the engine. A week or so later, I called and spoke to a woman. I made an appointment to have the leak repaired for October 21st and asked the women to call me if the part did not come in. I never heard back from then so I called on the 20th to confirm the appointment and that the part was in. I spoke to a gentleman who told me to come in the next morning. I arrived there on the 21st. There was no appointment listed for me and no one could figure out who had answered the call the night before confirming my appointment. Kenneth Whyte was frantic and went to find someone named Allen. He never came back. Another service man kept saying that they were terrible short of help. Short of help does NOT explain why someone would take the appointment and not do the paperwork necessary. Nor does it explain, a gentleman telling me to come in the night before if there was no appointment in the computer to confirm. To top it off, there is not oil leak. When I got home from the non-appointment, my husband saw a smudge of very dry oil and wiped it off. To date there is not oil leaking anywhere. No one there appears to know what they are doing. Total incompetence. BTW - if you need a loaner car while they work on your car. They only have one loaner and you have to wait your turn. More
