Now, I used to own a Hyundai and it took the service department one week to tell me nothing was wrong. Armen called me later that day and told me he would have my car ready early the next day. Armen and Jose were also nice and helpful. The Cashier was upbeat and asked all the right questions to ensure that I was pleased with my experience overall. Universal Mitsubishi provides a comfortable, professional and modern environment. I wasn't look forward to driving from Los Angeles to Duarte and back, but since the experience was headache free, I'd say it was well worth the effort. More

Killer service department Paul got my Outlander in quickly so I could get back to work. I dropoed it off on my break and made it back on time. Did 45000 service.
