Today (02/23/2022 at 10:30)I had appointment for service of my truck which had recall. When I got there, I was told "my truck won't be ready today, I asked for rental car. Service advisor called for Enterpr of my truck which had recall. When I got there, I was told "my truck won't be ready today, I asked for rental car. Service advisor called for Enterprise to pick me up, When I went to enterprise office, I was told I have to pay for rental car. A) Toyota service advisor did not tell me that I have to pay for rental car B) When I had set up appointment, I was not told it won't get done same day C) after 2 hours I ask my truck, I find out they even has not touched it yet. Universal Toyota dealer ship do not understand service with appointment means job has to start and done same day, other vice service has to provide complimentary rental car. By the way, when I was in service advisor office, another customer walked in and complain that He has to bring his car in for third times for the same problem. also, he was told his car won't be ready tile tomorrow too. I will not recommend Universal Toyota dealership to anyone. I will not use this dealership anymore. More
Do not shop here for your car. They are price gougers. I got a written qoute for a new Rav 4 Pime yesterday. So I go into the dealership today to put my down payment. Lo and behold the price increased by $ got a written qoute for a new Rav 4 Pime yesterday. So I go into the dealership today to put my down payment. Lo and behold the price increased by $8,000. Because of the “market adjustment”. The salesperson did not mention anything like that yesterday nor did the Finance Manager Mike Chambers when he called me this morning to verify that I was coming down. Why didn’t he mention anything about a market adjustment? He had all my paperwork and the quote. They waited until I drove there and took most of my morning to tell me the price is much higher. Then Mike tried to lie to me and tell me that there was no price on the quote just the specifications but there was a price and then couldn’t say anything but that the price I have to pay is the higher price that is $8,000 above the MSRP. He then went on to say that California is doing it. I called a California dealership and they quoted me a higher price even before they scheduled me to see them. Total ripoff!!!!!!! More
