I thought they were joking at first but the sales manager came out and was extremely rude and very demeaning to me, my wife, and my father. I had a print out of our agreed upon price from their website and another from CarGurus but they refused to honor it. On top of everything they wouldn’t honor their “coupon “ of $500 off from their website. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you AVOID this dealership in it entirety, at least until they change their management. More

Be Careful when you buy here I bought a brand new 2014 Kia Sorento AWD from University Kia. So let me say the buying experience here was as good as any other place I've purchased I bought a brand new 2014 Kia Sorento AWD from University Kia. So let me say the buying experience here was as good as any other place I've purchased cars. They weren't too pushy and with a little fore-knowledge they were easy to haggle with. Here's my issue, I paid over $1000 dollars in authentic Kia accessories that I bought the same time I bought the car and had them installed by the dealership. Now here I am 58,000 miles later and the wiring harness that goes with the trailer hitch I purchased has burned out. Instead of installing an authentic Kia part, the ########'s at University used aftermarket parts so now they're not warrantied. Now I'm stuck with a couple hundred dollar repair bill for something that should be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty but isn't because they didn't install what I payed for. Now I'm dealing with Kia customer service to try to get this resolved. Just please be careful when you buy here so you don't get screwed like I did. More

Nice guy. We told him we wanted a Kia 2017 Sportage turbo @kiamotorsports. He said no problem. We wanted to test drive one. Well they didn't have a turbo but they had a regular Sportage. He said did matter they all drive the same.(first lie). We said let's take a test drive. We get in the car and the fuel gauge is flashing. I said I guess it will be a short test drive. Cedric says well you can pull in the gas station and we can get gas. Not on my dime. So we go back to University Kia#UniversityKia#notmykia start working on a deal. I know the car I want but they don't have it. We come to a deal and I give them a deposit. I am promised the car will be there ready to go in the morning(lie number 2 )It wasn't there. Cedric said well it will be here by the next morning ( lie 3) still not there. I email him several times asking where's my car I get no response. I finally call him. Now keep in mind they know all along where my car is. I finally get a hold of him and say where's my car. Well it could be in Florence, Decatur maybe Dothan. They knew it was in Dothan that's why it wasn't there. So he says give me an hour or so. I do and no phone call. I call Cedric back and ask where is my car. He says well it's in Dothan so we won't have it until tomorrow. We're sending two guys down to get it. He says now when you get it it will have 300 to 500 miles on it. I tell him that's unacceptable. I am buying a new car. He says it's still a new car. He said well normally when they have that many miles we make it a demo car but it will still be new to you. I said no I want it transported. He talked to his manager and said if I pay the 700 to 800 they'll transport it. I told him I'm not paying that. I tell him my husband is not going to be happy. He talks to my husband around noon and tells him my manager and I are working on a transport deal. I'll call you back. Needless to say he didn't call back. So I told my husband call him back. I knew the whole thing was a lie. Sure thing he tells my husband well we already send the guys to get it so there's nothing we can do. Oh yes there is be honest. So my husband told him I'll be in there in a half hour have my refund ready. We picked up the refund. Then next morning Cedric calls to ask it I bought a new car. I said yes and by the way did you keep the title for my trade in? He said yes. I ask if I could come get it. He said yes I said ok I'll see you in a little while. When I got there I didn't see him so I had him paged. After a half hour I went to ask the girl to page him again. She said he's on his way. Now while I was standing there for over a half hour the owner and general manager walked by me several times never said a word to me. Cedric finally came gave me my title and I was on my way.
