I recently purchased a 2014 Kai Sorento SX Limited and needed to go into the dealership for my first oil change. The wait in the service lane, explanation of service to be provided and costs were expalin needed to go into the dealership for my first oil change. The wait was minimal, servie was excellent and I was on my way in no time. i will be back and highly recommend University Kia service. More
After signing paperwork for our new car, and driving home (over 70 miles)we were informed a week later that the "finance manager" had a new deal worked out for us. Drove back to the dealership to be informe (over 70 miles)we were informed a week later that the "finance manager" had a new deal worked out for us. Drove back to the dealership to be informed that they would not be able to sale us the car we had driven for over a week! Also, employee was not concerned of the fact that our trade-in, that had been at their lot for over a week, had a flat tire or why we would be asking to get our down payment money back from the dealership. First excuse was that the owner wasn't there to sign the check and when that didn't work, they didn't see where it had cleared their bank yet...WTC!?! Obviously, the sales department had taken us for dummies! We finally received our down payment money back after waiting almost 4 hours. Warning to others: We've read other reviews a lot like our own, DO NOT leave the dealership until they give you your money back! They will try to tell you that it is for the "wear and tear" on the new vehicle you had driven, but that is their problem, not yours!!! Hopefully, you will be aware of their scam and keep this from happening to you because it is something we're sure they will continue to do! More
