I am a consumer in purchase of a new car and I never dealt with such an AGGRESSIVE sales team. The issue I have as a consumer is they wont do any type of negotiations on the phone and that I have to be dealt with such an AGGRESSIVE sales team. We were quite disappointed when we found out 50 miles away from the dealership that the vehicle we were driving from Lakeland to purchase had a cracked window. However, the dealership came through and ga away from the dealership that the vehicle we were driving from Lakeland to purchase had a cracked window. However, the dealership came through and gave us a great price on another Outlander that we purchased. We upgraded to an SEL but we are very satisfied with the vehicle. I’m pretty sure everyone was trying to meet their sales quotas( since it was the last day of the month) however we did receive great service. We were there quite late and everyone from our salesman to the finance manager, and the young lady that took our deposit were very polite and thorough. More
