The service is ok. I brought my car there with extended warranty, after almost a week there they told me I had to take it to the auto maker actual dealer. The service writer told me that they had to reset a module for the almost a week there they told me I had to take it to the auto maker actual dealer. The service writer told me that they had to reset a module for the new car battery. The dealer told me they never heard of such a thing. After going to the correct dealer I was told that I had the wrong battery for my car and that the battery was putting out too many amps. I was told by an actual service technician that dealers do this because they don’t want to work on other brands outside of their own brand. Waste of time leaving my car there. I also had to show up and find out what was going on since I was not getting my calls returned. More

I was originally going to take my car to a mechanic I’ve been going to for years. I had to change plans when my breaks started acting up on my way to my boyfriends house. I was nervous about being taken advantage of since I don’t know much about cars but I felt at ease as soon as I started speaking by to Ralph, who took care of me. He was kind, attentive, and even though he was so busy, really tried to explain things thoroughly and give me updates. My car is running perfectly and the price was much more reasonable than I though it might be since it’s a dealership and not a small mechanic. Thank you, Ralph, for taking care of me this past week!
