Was told I had two punctured areas in my left rear tire by Costco and they could not fix it and I needed new one(or two to balance out) and they did not have any in stock. VW/Mazda said they would order a by Costco and they could not fix it and I needed new one(or two to balance out) and they did not have any in stock. VW/Mazda said they would order a new tire but would first check if repairable. Service Advisor Chris Wellner spent at least 5 minutes checking tire and could only find one nail not two. Fixed puncture and again said had spent alot of time to see if second punctured. Extremely pleased with service advisor on this visit and on last visit In July for oil change. Have been very attentive to me and I feel service department is better and more trustworthy then in years past. More
