Although we opted to decline extra coverage & accessories for this purchase, Mariah and Chelvin empowered us and showed us that our decisions were not only respected, but welcomed. Both of these young professionals communicate proficiently, which we found surprising and refreshing after interacting with sales people at other dealerships for other makes. We drove four hours to make this purchase and it was worth every mile and minute: easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. We've never owned a Mazda (or VW) before, and thanks to Mariah and Chelvin, we intend to make this our "family dealership" for our growing extended family across neighboring states.
