I purchased ouit of state and second I signed off, the entire team stoppeed communicating. My credit was ran more than 12 times and I feel scammed. Just bought one of dream trucks from Unlimited Motors in Elwood. Let me say, the experience was smooth sailing thanks to the team. For context, I am a first time out of state buyer. After months of look Elwood. Let me say, the experience was smooth sailing thanks to the team. For context, I am a first time out of state buyer. After months of looking for an immaculate 2nd Gen Ford Raptor, Unlimited Motors had one in their possession. It met all my requirements from its condition and price. From the first call to closing, was a great and smooth experience. Henry on the sales team walked me through everything about the truck, and indulged in all my questions and requests for photos and videos. Jason from the finance team helped me with all of my finance documents. Made the overwhelming experience, feel like a tutorial and made everything easy as can be. The dealership offered me a LemonSquad pre-inspection for the vehicle which helps alleviate any anxiety from buying out of state. I felt it was a good addition since I was buying from TN. I never traveled to test drive the vehicle. The team made sure all my worries were mitigated and even worked with me on shipping. It arrived to my driveway a week from the first call, and let’s just say it was immaculate inside and out for its age. I am completely happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend buying from Unlimited Motors!! When I purchase another vehicle, they will be the first place I look. Thanks guys! More
