Dont buy from this dealership! !!!!! Worst experience ever asked about 2 specific vehicles told the guy I only wanted my credit ran 2x it was ran 4x told me the bank wouldnt allow m !!!!! Worst experience ever asked about 2 specific vehicles told the guy I only wanted my credit ran 2x it was ran 4x told me the bank wouldnt allow me to finance the vehicle even though I had a vehicle to trade mind you the vehicles i was looking at was under 20k then im informed im approved for a vehicle I never asked about that was 29k I told him no thank you that's not what I was looking at nor a vehicle I would ever consider buying then I receive the credit application in the mail and they requested a $41,851 loan knowing i wasnt going to be approved but also knowing neither of the 2 vehicles I was interested in was no where near 41k just ridiculous I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! Emailed again in March and got the same answer! Called in March, spoke with Moses and he was able to get me in touch with the office at least. Called the office and found out that the prior owner was not cooperating and would not sign a POA. Krista from the office promised me a call by the EOD but that never happened. I went out of state to buy another vehicle and drive it back, that took a week and still no call. I contacted the States Attorney office of Indiana and filed a complaint. Still nothing from the Dealership. Bought in December of 2025 and to date I still have no paperwork. I have a car I cannot drive, plate or register, oh and I am making payments on the car. Worst Dealer experience ever! Avoid this dealer!!!! More

I paid $650 on February 20th to be held for transportation on a potential car purchase. Requested a refund several times the week of February 23rd due to sales cancellation. The $650 was for shipping charges, it was not for any loan charges as Toby tried to pass off. This bait and switch sales practice is unfair or deceptive trade practice, and violates the FTC Act. Requesting refund of $650 for non-rendered services. More
