I paid $650 on February 20th to be held for transportation on a potential car purchase. Requested a refund several times the week of February 23rd due to sales cancellation. The $650 was for shipping charges, it was not for any loan charges as Toby tried to pass off. This bait and switch sales practice is unfair or deceptive trade practice, and violates the FTC Act. Beware they are unreliable and pushy. Pre-approved credit application didn’t work correctly. They were pushy with add-ons like after market warranty, and windshield protection.
