Have to say, buying a vehicle in Indiana from Tennessee - sight unseen - was a nervous experience. But, pictures showed the 2019 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss to be in excellent condition. When I spoke on the phone with my salesman, Toby, he answered all my questions. Also, Toby went and sat in the vehicle and called me to give me his personal assessment of the condition of the vehicle (“Excellent”, in his words). I wanted a vehicle that had not been in an accident and one that had not been smoked in previously. Toby gave me the assurances I needed that I would be achieving both goals with the purchase of this Silverado. Also, Toby worked with his sales manager to get me a fair price on the trade for my existing truck. So, I decided to trade With Unlimited Motors for the Silverado. All in all, I was really pleased with the experience. Again, Toby did a great job providing me all the details I needed and answering all my questions. Also, when I got my new Silverado, it’s condition exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use Unlimited Motors again. If anyone uses them, they should do themselves a favor, and ask for Toby. More
