BUYER BEWARE THIS DEALER! !!! Unlimited Motors 9700 Hague Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46256, United States General Manager: T. S Salesperson: K I would leave negative 5 stars !!! Unlimited Motors 9700 Hague Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46256, United States General Manager: T. S Salesperson: K I would leave negative 5 stars if I could.... This is the worst company I have ever tried to buy a vehicle from. I wasted my time and money dealing with these unprofessional people. I purchased a 2020 Acura MDX here on May 20th, 2026, with trade in with my 2016 Acura MDX, from their Fisher branch. This car has several following issues when I have test drive and after several days. I called and went back, but the manager and salesperson of the dealership were unwilling to help. Based on the number of prior reviews (3 out of 5 stars in CaAfx) that are similar to mine. FIRST ISSUE: The salesperson told us there are two keys that came with the car. But when we test drive, he handed me only one key that is not the original Acura key and it doesn’t have physical mechanical key inside. When I asked for the other key, he said he would get it for me later. After we signed the purchase agreement and about to leave when I asked again for another key, then he gave it to us. That is an original Acura key, but we found out when we got home it was not working at all. Next day (May 21st), when I went back to give our old car title and our car extra key, I told him about the key not working for their car, he said he would fix it for me then I left my key with him. Several unsuccessful phone calls, I went to them after 5days (May 25th) to talk about the key and other issues (these other issues are following), he and his manager told me that they will fix the key for me, but I must pay for it. What kind of branch manager and the sale guy of service and responsiveness have been poor after the sale??? (See attached picture 1 about the keys) SECOND ISSUE: When we test drive, we found the Passenger side car visor light is not on. Then we told the salesperson about it and he said he would ask technician to fix it, but they never did. (See picture 2.) THIRT ISSUE: Center Armrest was broken, and it is moving all the time, it is not good for safety drive. When I mentioned to the salesperson, he promised to talk with his manager and technician to fit for it. But when I went back after 5 days, the manager told me it is normal for this car and nothing to fit for it. When I talked with the Acura service center, they said it was broken, and it needed to be replaced and cost $778.52. I do like to know whether the manager has any knowledge of this car, or whether he lied to me. (see pictures 3 and 4) FORTH ISSUE: Although the CarFax report was shown a clean, no-incident and it was told the car had been taken care of two ongoing recalls out of three. But, according to Acura dealer, none of the recalls have been made. It was fabricated completely. FIFTH ISSUE: During our test drive, the car started, ran and drove without any noise or issue. However, Over the following weeks (on May 27th), service engine light came on with “Emission System Problem” message. I have to go to Acura service center to get fit and pay $377.77. Although, I bought bumper to bumper extended warranty from this dealer (paid $5,000), the warranty did not cover. (see attached) Very Very Very bad and without henesty. More
Almost every single word the salesman said was FALSE! Live 3 hours away. Tesla was advertised as 85D but was in fact a 70! Screen said to have only cosmetic issues when it was failing and dripping goo! W Live 3 hours away. Tesla was advertised as 85D but was in fact a 70! Screen said to have only cosmetic issues when it was failing and dripping goo! Was said to be clean and was filthy inside. Tires said to be near new and yet one had a screw in it destroying $500 tire. Was told it had lifetime free charging but - guess what - NOPE! I would AVOID Unlimited Motors! More
If I could give a negative review of this business I absolutely would. I bought a vehicle two weeks ago and I recently found a very large bag of what I have been told by police was fentanyl in the car. absolutely would. I bought a vehicle two weeks ago and I recently found a very large bag of what I have been told by police was fentanyl in the car. This could have led to imprisonment, a lengthy court battle, or, worst case scenario, death. A very small amount of fentanyl can kill you. The bag was clearly old and had broken leaving traces all over my car when I picked it up to remove it. Outside of this, the first sheet of pricing contained a charge for “pre-installed parts” for $1,250. When I asked what it was neither the salesman or the finance person could give me a proper explanation. Initially I was told it is coverage in case anything happens to the interior of the car, but definitely wasn’t a warranty, then I was told it is a tracking service in case my car ever gets stolen which only they would have access to. Meaning they would have access to my car’s location at any time. I asked for the charge and tracker to be removed and they acted like I was crazy for not wanting it, informing me that they buy the tracker at a higher price than they sell it for as if that would make me want it. I did get them to remove it, but then they acted like the price we had previously discussed was impossible because they had removed the charge. This makes no sense because they could easily put the tracker in another car and they wouldn’t take the hit in selling it for cheaper than purchasing. When I test drove the car there was a rubbing noise coming from the driver side tire which I was assured was either tire noise due to the low profile or a flat spot in the tire from sitting in the cold. I knew this not to be the case because no other tire was low in pressure and the car I driver prior to this one had the same size wheel and tire and I had never heard that noise before. I almost immediately found that there was a giant bend in the wheel, requiring replacement. The noise ended up being a dust cover rubbing on the inside of the wheel. When I raised my concerns, they told me the techs would look at it the next morning and fix the issue. Which leads me to believe either they did not ask the technicians to look at it or they missed a clear bend and a very simple fix. More

Not a bad dealer, but not great. Bought a 2017 Acura RDX that had 121k and very good service records. Claimed that the tires had 50% life, which was a joke! Tires were 6 years old wi Bought a 2017 Acura RDX that had 121k and very good service records. Claimed that the tires had 50% life, which was a joke! Tires were 6 years old with maybe 3-5k left on them. Would not replace or reduce price. Their claim that the tires were within allowable safety standards was false. Naturally the as-is warranty covered their xxx. Also, remote start was inoperative. The buying process was efficient, but the xx was evident. Typical used car people i have had to deal with in my 78 years on this earth. Rate them at 50% at best. More
